Well, among other things:

1. Adi Newton is completely crazy;
2. He's particularly unhappy with the sound of his post-Buried Dreams work, so reissues will supposedly require a major remastering job;
3. Some record-label weirdness, and Newton's deep (and justified) suspicion of record labels in general;
4. Problems with some former Clock DVA members;
5. Problems with finances at Mute, which especially hurts this project because...
6. ...of the 114 Clock DVA fans in the world, most of us have, and are happy with, the Contempo reissues.

Mostly I think it's #1, but #5 is a major problem too. I remember rumors about Mute reissuing their catalog in the 90s; it's the Chinese Democracy of reissue projects.

Well, maybe we can count on Ms Jane Radion Newton, if she's not in "category" 1. About Mute, enough said. Obviously they are very similar and remind me on "Some Bizzare".
