Released on 26/07/10. RPM (Cherry Red sublabel)

Now this one is a bit of a head scratcher: why skip the first album Uh! Tears Baby?

After all, isn't that the one most people are looking forward to getting on CD[?]

well i got sick of waiting for a record label to release Uh! Tears Baby i have done it myself, for myself...i have actually created for my own personal use a great sounding lossless version, unfortunatly with all the tracks i ripped it spans 2cd's...still no cracks, pops, hissing, nothing...if any record company gets the go ahead doesn't have the master tapes and wants a great sounding version contact me and i will willingly provide my files for use...lol

below is a snippet of one of the tracks

you've got the power (remix)

i contacted cherry red some time ago with the idea of this album...i even offered my services but they ignored my emails and never got back to me...instead the release freaky trigger

unfortunately, it is not as straightforward as 'this album would be great to re-issue, let's re-issue it'.

licences have to applied for which can take months, sometimes even longer. a licence to release 'Uh, Tears Baby' was applied for at the same time as 'Freaky Trigger'. EMI/Virgin cleared 'Freaky Trigger' a few months later; to date, 'Uh, Tears Baby' hasn't been cleared by the respective company holding the rights.

hopefully a positive reaction to 'Freaky Trigger' re-appearing will speed up the necessary 'Uh, Tears Baby' paperwork.
