I would like to see the track listing for disc 2 to see if they actually got it right, including the FULL monogamy mix of I Want Your Sex, not split up like it is on the original CD, as well as the FULL 12" remix of Hard Day instead of the edit. I assume we'll also see the 12" of Monkey and some other stuff, but I'm not sure what else there is to really dig up from this album because I think those are the only 12" mixes. I guess they could use dubs and instrumentals as fillers to drag it out on 2 CDs.

You can find the complete track listing here:

It doesn't look like disc 2 is anything to get that excited about.

The only thing that's missing is the actual single mix of I Want Your Sex. Although i don't mind the way it's been sequenced in between Father Figure and I Want.. (Part 2),it has never appeared by itself on any George Michael compilation. Instead of all the Monkey mixes, it would've nice to have the actual 7" mix which i think is known as I Want Your Sex (Rhythm :Lust 1). Am i correct ?

I think so. It's a shame that the 7" mix isn't on this release. It seems that something is always missing on a reissue like this. Note that the DVD is listed as having the promo videos with re-synced remastered audio. Isn't the 7" mix used for the promo video? That may be the only chance to get it -- that is, by ripping the remastered audio from the DVD.

I still can't get over the fact that they used I Want.. (Part 2) on Ladies & Gentlemen.

I can't get over the fact that they really are NOT including the full monogamy mix of I Want Your Sex. That's ridiculous. The two CDs combined do not utilize a full 160 minutes worth of space.

The single version of I Want Your Sex is on the soundtrack to Beverly Hills Cop 2, so I don't feel much loss over that not being included. The only things that I like are the 3 b-sides, what is hopefully the full 12" mix of Hard Day, and what is hopefully the full length jam & lewis 12" mix.

No offence but what does this have to do with new wave apart from being a barometer of shite? And why is this off-topic shite being posted here?

I like and respect GM, and own some of his original cd's including Faith. It's good R&B/pop music with very good vocals always pleasing to listen...and the man performs and writes his own material, which I respect... and to all you haters out there all I can say is shame on you [:D]

I think it's about time for a new album from GM, the man really spaces them out [:)]
