According to the bands official website Steve Coy will be reissuing all of the bands old masters as downloads from early next year. No official word as yet of what will appear but some rare Japanese stuff was mentioned. Fingers crossed !

if they had just released that dang 2-disc set in japan a couple of years ago with ALL the 12" mixes, my DOA desires would have been complete.

There was a Q & A session with Pete recently on facebook where someone asked about the 12" Collection. I think he said that it still might be a possibility. But i agree i'd prefer the actual cds like you ,myself. I've been waiting for five years now.

I know there's a petition online for the 12" Collection, I signed it myself. Seriously, how much more interest can people possibly demonstrate in this? This should be first, second, third and fourth priority.

I really thought that after sophisticated boom boom got a pretty major expanded edition, at LEAST the next two albums, which contain their most popular radio hits, would follow.

Yes, double and triple boo's on downloads. [}:)] I agree with Budaniel on the 2-disc set from Japan. That was an amazing tracklisting. It doesn't even have to come Japan, any country can release it. Mp3 downloads [xx(]

promises, promises. i'm not holding my breath.

much as i've always loved DOA, after that "no, seriously, i just can't really be bothered" Q&A, i've given up on anything meaningful, new or old.

one would have thought, logically, that they would've struck while the brand was hot... like the moyet reissues promised back in '09 that already failed to materialize... but that time's past.

i'd buy reissues.. ESPECIALLY THE 12" COLLECTION... but no downloads.

GO FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY... or pack up and go home, and don't bother.

I agree with many of the sentiments here.

A Youthquake reissue is all I need along with a 12 inch collection.

All we got was that shoddy brickwalled "best of" last year, abysimal
