Just got a notice from Gold Legion that they are hoping to have the remaster of this album on CD this month--and once it's available, they are going to post it for sale on their site.

Has anyone received their copy of this CD yet from Gold Legion? I can't seem to raise their attention on email at the moment. I ordered this at least a year ago. I'm ok with all the delays as long as the end product is of good quality.

I'm really actually surprised gold legion didn't include greenhouse effect (it's even mentioned in the liner notes), the 12" of too much trouble, and the 12" of Tar Beach. They are usually meticulous with getting pretty much everything released from a single album onto their releases.

I just don't see the point of buying this disc if they are going to deliberately leave a track off.

I really hate to use this forum for this purpose, but does anyone have any contacts over at Gold Legion? I pre-ordered the Limahl CD way back in 2010 when it was first announced. I never got a copy when it was released. I had one or two successful communications promising they'd look into my order. Since then, it has been radio silence. Trying not to be a pest here, but I don't see where it's such an issue to reply to an email just letting me know one way or another. I could have sworn they took funds at the time of the pre-order. Was this anyone else's experience?
If you know someone over there, I'd really love to hear from them with a final disposition to this.
