The Shortwave Mystery - Signal From Afar

I decided to buy Robert Seidler's "Christian Boy" mp3 download from CD Baby. It was also avialable on as an illegal torrent downloading. I paid CD Baby for the mp3 but I was not able to download it for 4 freaking days! It kept saying there's a problem with my download and that their technician has been informed? I guess that "technician" was away for 4 days? Sent them multiple e-mails and nobody cared to respond to me. I was able to download it AFTER 4 days, versus immediate download I could have done from an illegal source! Obviously, that was the last time I ever dealt with Cd Baby. If you want to keep your customers and discourage illegal downloading, you'd better improve your service and have some sort of effective communication with your customers.
