Beggars Archive label launches new '5 albums' box-set series with collections from Love and Rockets and Gary Numan coming out May 13th.
The Love and Rockets one will consist of the band's '80s albums - "Seventh Dream Of Teenage Heaven", "Express", "Earth.Sun.Moon" and "Love and Rockets", and a new compilation "Assorted!", whereas the Gary Numan one will include three early '80s albums - "Dance", "I, Assassin" and "Warriors", and the 2CD live album "Living Ornaments '81".
Collections from Natacha Atlas (Transglobal Underground), Bauhaus, The Fall, The Charlatans, The Icicle Works, Gene Loves Jezebel, Fields Of The Nephilim and Buffalo Tom to follow in spring and summer.

Love And Rockets on my must buy list for the Assorted! compilation. Despite the fact I have all the remasters already...one thing of note RE: the Swing! EP...hang on to the previous remaster as the interview and radio sessions aren't on this new collection.

Also, it appears one last song remains in the vault - a live version of Ball Of Confusion that showed up on the promo only comp, Love And Rockets.
