A new double CD coming out in June released on Cherry Pop no track listings yet but hopefully this will be done properly and the 12 inch mix of Everytime You Go Away will be on it.

Well, let's hope that all the 12 inch singles and B-sides finally get the attention they so richly deserve for a very long time. I have pretty good faith in Cherry Pop in regards to quality.

At last!
Let's keep fingers crossed.
from the cover:
"All of Paul Young's hits singles from the 1980s are collected here in their expansive 12'' remixed form, along with rarities such as B-sides and cassette only long versions.
Eight tracks never before released on CD, with others either avalaible only in Japan ou out-of-print for decades.
Special collector's edition 2CD set
155 minutes of music"
Thank you for the info Moni.

Let's hope these are not screwed up. Those Edsel releases were awful.

I've pre-ordered this Paul Young, the Faith Brothers - Eventide and So80s 8, so fingers crossed. The Armoury Show is en route. Worst Cd reissue is still Journeys to Glory. Can't believe the Spandau web site still promotes it.

EMI is to blame for that ! They let that guy be in charge of remastering everyting as well the Duran stuff.

The Paul Young-stuff on that label was full of mistakes indeed! The latest debacle of Edsel is the Tabu reissues cock-up in regard to the bonus stuff. I simply can't believe the praising on Facebook trying to cover up their viynl rips! It's totally clear now that they remove critical reviews. Videos and a praising interview with Clarence Avant is more important to them!

Just looking at that again the New York Mix of Some People seems to be missing.

I wonder if the IGTYPD (US Dancefloor Smash) the same as the Ya Ya Mix ? I bet most of these tracks are making their cd debut. Vinyl rips ?

There's a rerasonable explanation for the omission of the New York Mix of Some People over at superdeluxe.com.
IS THAT THE TWELVE INCH MIX ? Out late 2010
