I really love this website. There is a song that has been haunting me since I was a teenager in the late 80's. I went on the please identify section of this site, and asked the question about the song. I expected an answer, and I got one. A really accurate answer. But now the problem, the song is One In a Million by Hugh Cornwell of Stranglers fame. Why I didn't already have that voice pegged from my memory I don't know. I LOVE "Always the Sun", "Golden Brown" etc. But here's the kicker, I went to Cdnow, I went to I-tunes, CAN'T FIND THE SONG. Something's telling me it isn't available. If so, this is an oversight that needs to be addressed NOW!!!!

Seems to be only available as 7" and 12" (both UK released back in the day). So, only chance will be second hand bins these days...

i couldn't find it as a loose mp3 on the internets, but it is on youtube in decent quality- find it there and use one of the "youtube to mp3" online converters... i've done that with rarities before, and the sound quality is okay. make sure you bump up the quality of the video before conversion (it's the little "gear" symbol).
