I added it to my existing discography: http://www.discog.info/mari-wilson.html
There are still some question marks. If anyone has more details, do let me know.
Or what is missing, she released lots of stuff during these years, also on various artists compilations and rare limited cassettes.
For example, the longer version of Let's Make This Last that appeared on the 1992 compilation CD is missing.
It could be the Special Edit by Dave Moore/Teddy Johns from the 1985 LP Do They Mean Us. Also not sure exactly what versions are on the original DJ 7"

It's not actually possible. My blog is not a file sharing thing. It's just the edition of the album I compiled on my own some years ago. It had all of the Compact Organization material, plus rarities that had followed from later periods. But Mari's webmaster also found that PDF that is hosted in that post for download and they engaged me to provide the illustrated discography on her website. Which was based on the one I'd done for myself earlier hosted in the post. It looks like a few things missing here and there. I'm most disappointed that the "Born Lucky" live cassette material was missing as it's a pretty fabbo record of the big 9-piece band. I'll be posting about this today on PPM and analyzing what's there and what's not.

Thanks Postpunkmonk. So, is the "1992 Cd Version" of Let's make this last, really the "Special Edit by Dave Moore/Teddy Johns" from the 1985 various artists LP "DO THEY MEAN US"? Or, is it perhaps the "Club Mix" from the 1984 DJ 7"?

I honestly don't know. I still need "Do They Mean Us?" and "Pens, Guns & Riffs!" Sad, I know. but the shipping from overseas is a deal killer. That, and my withered budget! If I were a betting man, I suspect it might be the DJ 7" promo mix. Given the nature of the 1985 mix.

Wonderful track list. Wish they hadn't left out one of my favourites "Use Him", but "Let's Make This Last (Loops 1 & 2) finally on CD. Even "Woe Woe Woe" with the chitchat at the end? Btw it's really not missing much without the 1992 CD version of LMTL, since it's basically just the "Loop 1" version with a bit of CD scratching at the beginning, which is a bit unnecessary IMHO. Not much to complain about here other than that, the remix of "Ecstasy" on that Mari Wilson Revival Maxi-cd would've been nice. But still, will probably be getting this. Hope they don't screw up the mastering.

Unfortunately, but perhaps not surprisingly, the tracks are brickwalled! In comparison to the 1992 "Just What I Always Wanted" CD & 2007 Platinum Collection CD, which were nicely and carefully mastered.
A friend of mine, who did the analysis of the original LP tracks on CD 1, said: "[They] have been very poorly mixed/mastered as they are far too amplified and compressed.
Yes they are louder and therefore initially might sound superior, but in truth they’re not. If you simply turn up the volume on the original CDs [1992/2007] then are better quality."
Here, I planned to add a picture of the audio graphs in comparison, but don't know how....

Oh well. I'm still awaiting my copy of Neasdon... not shocked at all that the sound's messed up (although a few reviews on Amazon are praising it). Luckily i still have my Platinum Collection cd so I'm not that upset. I've heard the Japanese 2010 CD of Show People is worth getting if available.
