The 4CD Deluxe Edition includes both versions of the debut album "Fehler I'm System" & "Error In The System" as well as diverse set of rarities like remixes and single edits.

Peter Schilling is truly a phenomenon. A guy who became a superstar singing songs about various end-of-the-world scenarios, alienation, death, addiction, media overload etc. And to have a hit album in the USA that contained one of the harshest attacks on the USA I ever heard!.. Could only happen in the 1980s, I guess. Good to see his two best albums getting the reissue treatment. I personally slightly prefer the second one, it's wall to wall packed with catchy, irresistible songs: "Lone survivor", "Chill of the night", "Hurricane", "10.000 points"... Still, the first one has "The Noah plan", one of the best songs of the decade (if not ever), "Lifetime guarantee", the hit itself... Top stuff! Highly recommended.

AFAIK, some reissue program with lots of bonus tracks was planned by Cherry Red in 2016, but they only released one disc:

I have that one and there are tracks on the Cherry Red disc that are not going to be on the 4-disc boxset, so, completists: grab a copy while you still can.

Major Tom a great track but something of a suprise it was never a big hit in the UK.

I see this is set for a Mar 31 release. There is both a 2-CD and 4-CD version on AMZ.

Importcds.com has both versions at 40% off list prices.

PS, I'm right there with you. I bought Things To Come without hearing anything from it because I loved EITS so much, and was blown away right from the opening of Chill Of The Night (interestingly "Hitze der Nacht" in the German version of the album, or Heat Of The Night). Sadly the CD is very hard to find now.

I'm listening to the box set right now, so far it's fantastic. Highly recommended.
