no, its only 2 rare tracks.
Additionally, this new Hurting blu-ray audio will feature a previously unreleased instrumental mix of The Hurting and two previously unreleased bonus tracks.
'the hurting' refers to the entire album, and not the song.
i'll be getting it.
and no, the shipping price is not that much considering what it is, to the US.

It's also now going to have a Steven Wilson high res Stereo Mix of the original album too, this was recently announced on Superdeluxe.
