It's time to move the tons of vinyl I have collected over the years to the digital domain. Any suggestions on the best way to capture the vinyl 'essence' using a standard high-quality turntable(Techniques SL1200) and a PC computer of cutting edge capabilities?

It's supposed to be a bunny.
But if you want it to be a cat, that's OK too.
