The person who does this is super nice and professional. His Urgh! transfer is superb.

If you know of anyone else offering this kind of stuff at this caliber and price, please let me know.

THAT is an amazing labour of love. I want everything on that list! Did you see that one of his offerings is DEVO collaborating, musically, with Neil Young. yes, THAT Neil Young.

That is a very impressive list. The Shriekback and the Girl Wave video compilation looks interesting. Actually, there are a few that I'd like to have. Thanks for the heads up.[:)]

I emailed him -- I've got the Frazier Chorus VHS tape with 5 musice videos which I think are great -- sort of like Split Enz "I Got You" style meets Information Society's "Pure Energy".

I'm going to transfer them to dvr and then send him the tape for the archive and hopefully trade for a few as well.

Edit:
Well he already has the Frazier Chorus (though it's not listed on his web site), so I won't be sending it.

i know he is not a big fan of having his addy put here in public, and i know he has had it deleted from message boards in the past. let's do the same here, if we can please.

(potential trouble for him, i don't have to get into it, right?)

devo and neil young had a crazy association of a few years back in the late 70's- he really dug their stuff, and they played together a few times. they were in his movie of course, and some have specualted that his "synth/vocoder" period was their influence. who knows. neil young has always been a shit-stirrer (in the good way), and i think early devo really appealled to him because of their sense of anarchy and loathing of "big business".

I haven't looked into yet.

I personally an thrilled to have a DVD-player and I can play old obscure DVD's from SPK and 23 Skidoo !! Also bought the Wire live DVD, which comes with the live-show cd and the last DVD I bought was a three disc PIL...

There's a lot to get out there.
Would love to find a DVD on James Chance and DAF and even recall ever seeing one film where both did appear in. Anybody knows about this and can help me out to at least find out the name of the film ? Thanks...
