Man, I love these guys. They're just so new wavy - catchy melodies, spacy synths (but a nice interplay with the guitars too). Ahhhhhh....

"House of Joy" is an easy pick for a favorite, but "Time" and "Secret Sound" are great too.

Also dig them a great deal. Every thing they did was catchy. A CD release would be super. I've managed a CD-R of everything I owned by them, but a real CD would be great.

Yes, they rule, I wish their stuff was more readily available.

Never would have known about this band if it weren't for this site. Well, mind you, I still don't actually have any of their stuff, but "Modern Day Love" and "Secret Sound" alone put their records high up there on my want list.

All I have is 10 mp3s, many originating with MikeP. All solid songs. I do remember hearing "Time" back in the day, but would have forgotten all about it if not for NWO.

I remember "Time" getting some airtime here in Salt Lake. Great group. I've had a devil of a "time" trying to find more information on them, and like Scramjet, have gleaned most of the information from the NWO.

Two man group?
Out of Los Angeles?
Only released one LP?

What else does anybody know?

That's what MFV says.
That's what MFV says.
Plus an EP.

All songs written by Mike Kapitan. A couple co-written with one Raymond Michael McGrath, who is credited as Z. McGrath.

I'll try to get all the MFV songs on the hub soon -- I had initially only ripped my favorites.
