Well...it's so hard to come up with four and my list could differ day to day but today I'm in a minimalist mood (but not so minimalist that I chose any of the Factory Records sleeves) so...

I'll call it life on the street. Note: I probably broke the rules by making the last one a 7 inch sleeve but it went with the theme. So...so for the sake of art and the pursuit of freedom of expression...

By the way, Blir...I didn't mean that as a knock on Factory Records or their choice of art at all. I'm a big fan of Joy Division, New Order, Durutti Column and A Certain Ratio. Just not that minimalist today.

I love the minimal. It's like an inside joke or something. Nothing so obvious and in your face.

And Ben, that's a pretty bitchin' cathode ray tube display you have on your desk. Dude, you really need that 24" iMac. I say have it drive another 24" external monitor as well. [:p]

Tell me about it Blir. It's pretty bad when My home systems blows my work computer away. I do have the 24" imac at home, fully loaded. They told me they ordered me a G5 about a month ago and I'm still waiting while I watch the little blue progress bar take forever as I apply a radial Blur to a 500 mb file [:(]

Shit, there are better systems in the local landfill I bet [;)]

A fine thread indeed. My 4 would be Duran Duran's Rio (classic!), Blancmange's Happy Families, Kate Bush's Never For Ever, and Joey Heatherton's The Joey Heatherton Album. In images:

I believe the April 1997 Playboy will elucidate this inquiry. [:p]
