Grew up in Denver and Colorado Springs during the late 70's and early 80's. Thought the scene was really good. The
Rainbow Music Hall was a great venue for new wave bands and the old Mercury Cafe was a good punk venue. Wax Trax was the epicenter of the Denver punk scene and still thrives today. Moved to Atlanta in 86' and that scene was pretty dead.
