If we're talking integration of keyboards and guitar as the melodic force of a song I would suggest:

The Chameleons--Swamp Thing
The Fixx--Red Skies
Duran Duran--Last Chance on the Stairway
Missing Persons--Right Now
Vitamin Z--Burning Flame
A Flock of Seagulls--European (I Wish I Was)
LLoyd Cole and the Commotions--Perfect Skin (Organ instead of synth)
INXS--The One Thing
The Cure--Charlotte Sometimes
U2-New Year's Day

And many more...

I would echo a lot of Electrolash's pick especially "Walkaway" Great song!

OMD - Electricity
Berlin - Sex

Everything listed so far gets "aces" in my book. I'll add "The Desert Song" by Kissing The Pink. One of many songs that to my ears have perfect sounding synths.

Excellent examples on the "keyboards and guitar" subject, especially The Fixx!

New Order's Bizarre Love Triangle also ahould be on the run. And of course, "Everything counts" by Depeche Mode.
I haven't seen anyone mentioning Erasure's songs. Songs like "A Little Respect" also deserve some recognition for the way in which the synth it's executed.
