At long last, the New Wave Outpost has gotten a much needed facelift. The most significant change is that I've finally launched this message board to allow fans of new wave and 80's alternative to communicate with eachother. There have been countless emails that I've received over the years that I simply didn't have time to respond to, and these forums will allow people to ask questions and connect with new wave fans around the globe.

Please be sure to register so you can post messages. By registering and creating a username, you'll also be able to rate and post comments & reviews on songs, albums and videos listed on my site, so check it out!

Cheers,
Mike

Good to see the facelift Mike. I was beginning to wonder if the site would ever be updated. ;)

I've been enjoying your Song Of The Week selections. Keep 'em coming! :D

Hi Fritz,

Welcome and thanks for stopping by. Yes, the site was in dire need of an upgrade, and the message board was one of the first things I wanted. Glad to have you as a member!

My greatest joy is finding new music. My next greatest joy is sharing it with people who appreciate it. This has been a great "resource" for my eighties indulgences. I'm glad to have the opportunity to chat with other music junkies that know it's hard

Mike,

Good to see the site is active again and a new forum is up! I really found the place to be a great source for new wave music and it helped generate my interest in that music again. Found some tracks I wish I had listened to back in the 80's but a

I sent you an e-mail back in maybe 1998 thanking you for helping me identify a song that had been stuck in my head for what seemed to be 20 years (Work for Love - Ministry)...still have you bookmarked and enjoy coming back from time to time.
