I have no idea what year this came out or who it's by, I don't even know the name of the song although I thought it was called "Higher Than Heaven".

The part of the song I remember goes, " it goes higher than heaven is, deeper than down - it goes higher than heaven is, deeper than down"

Funny, I was wondering the same thing just now... For some reason I thought of the song while listening to The Wedding Presents' "Not from where I'm standing". Must have been around the same year. I remembered the name of the song: "Higher Than Heaven Is"
