I know I'm using a really stretched definition of New Wave, but I couldn't think of that many real duets with a strong male and female leads as vocals.

"It Ain't What You Do" Bananarama with Fun Boy Three
"Obsession" Animotion
"Sex (I'm A)" Berlin
"What Have I Done To Deserve This" Pet Shop Boys with Dusty Springfield
"1999" Prince
"U Got The Look" Prince
"Cool Places" Sparks and Jane Weidlin*
"Love Shack" The B-52's
"Lava" The B-52's
"Party Out Of Bounds" The B-52's
"Don't You Want Me" Human League
"(Keep Feeling) Fascination" Human League
"Human" Human League
"Kingdom of Rain" The The with Sinead O'Conner
"I Got You Babe" UB40 with Chrissie Hynde
"Come Undone" Duran Duran
"Private Idaho" The B-52's
"Really Saying Something" Bananarama with Fun Boy Three
"Quiche Lorraine" The B-52's

* My Favorite

Don't kow if it's New Wave but "Don't Give up" by Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush is always good.

"Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues and Kirsty MacColl is also great.

And just as a lark, i really like "Punk Boy" by Helen Love with her obsession, Joey Ramone doing backing vocals.

Practically everything by X. (Though more punk than new wave.)

My faves that showcase the trademark harmonies of Exene Cervenka and John Doe:
White Girl
In This House That I Call Home
Fourth of July
See How We Are
Burning House of Love
Around My Heart
My Soul Cries Your Name

Ditto. Especially their country covers of their own songs.
