The actual title is "Too Dperessed To Communicate Suicide"
The Peecees is Heebeegeebees under another name. They chose that name is a play on the term "P.C." which is short for "Police Constable" and Police was the name of the band they were parodying.
The music is based on "Walking on the Moon" and the lyrics are based on those from "Can't Stand Losing You".
