Basically, internal album release made international with the inclusion of "Captain of her Heart". Knew they wouldn't be able to follow it up and that was it. Shame as "Blue" wasn't bad..

timeless song, perfect in every way. I don't understand why the album is out of print, that's unfortunate
Too long ago
Too long apart
She couldn't wait another day for
The captain of her heart

Captain Of Her Heart never ails to bring me shiver down my spine everytime i hear that song. Great combination of Sax and Piano. So gloomy yet so great.

yeah, god forbid music should actually be melodic and singers have good voices and sophisticated demeanor. That would be just awful and uncool, and who wants that? [:D]

Bully!
You take your pick: the NWO connotation or the Teddy Roosevelt version.

I always remember listening to ~Captain Of Her Heart~ on Sunday morning, while being played on the local radio station [^]. Even Randy Craford did a great cover of the song!

If you were to ask me if I liked that song 15 years ago, I would have probably groaned in disgust, then punch you in the head.
During my sophomore year in high school my folks bought a house in the middle of the FN boonies...and since I wasn't old enough to drive, I had to take the bus to school. EVERY FN DAY that song would be playing on the bus radio, and EVERY FN DAY I would beg and plead for Janice (the bus driver, duh) to show mercy and change to another station. Nothing doing. For what seemed like an eternity, THAT SONG would be what I had to hear before arriving at school. I would have to head to the gym and go at the punching bag for a good fifteen minutes before first period just to get THAT SONG out of my skull. I couldn't turn sixteen fast enough.
Nowadays, I kinda like it, if for no other reason that nostalgia for an experience that led me to get into fantastic fighting shape. I guess I can thank the irritation of THAT SONG for helping make me such a fitness minded guy.
