KROQ classics on Live 365
Posted: Sun Aug 20, 2006 12:42 pmI'm listening to KROQ classics on live 365 right now-with the top 106.7 songs of every year.
They have 1980 right now and it's an interesting amalgam of things -Peter Gabriel-Heart-Cars-Gary Numan-Pretenders-The Stones-Kingbees-Elvis Costello-I didn't have a commerical "new wave" station grwoing up and really only got into the stuff in the mid-80s. SO, it's intersting to hear what forward lookign stations were programming at the dawn of new wave.
