WOXY gone. Now what?

I'm pretty bummed that WOXY has gone off of the air. I used to stream their vintage station all day long. They played the coolest mix of '70s, '80s, and early '90s "modern rock". So my question to all of you is: where do I turn now? Is there another cool station out there that streams for free?

I enjoy Tess' new wave station on Live365. She spins some cool tunes! [8D]

To listen to it? No, you don't -- unless it's a VIP station.

Thanks, everyone, for the Live365 info.

A friend just hipped me to this station. Sounds great so far:

Folks,

Two points: one, my station has been an Editor's Choice at Live365 for a few years, and we do Eighties every Friday. Plus, the rest of the week, I program the way I did in the 80's, in that I use the same criteria I did then when adding new songs. (And the 80's still make up 25-40% of the mix.)

So that's at http://www.altrokradio.com - it's Live365, and with an MP3Pro decoder in WinAmp (or a player like JetAudio that handles it natively) it's in near-CD quality. And, yes, it's free to listen to if you don't mind commercials, and you can pay if you don't want commercials and you don't mind helping us out (yes, we get a kickback.)

Second point: The big news is this:

WOXY is coming back. It'll be a few weeks, but they've got a well-heeled white knight this time...
