So with the release of this greatest hits which includes a dvd that contains some of their older videos, does that mean they are not going to release any dvd with all of their old videos?!? Will the following videos ever see the light of day with an official release?
See You
The Meaning of Love
Get The Balance Right
Leave In Silence
Does anyone know?

I'd rather watch them on YouTube or depechemode.tv than buy it, but that's just how I roll.

With how Mute likes to milk DM fans, I'm sure that eventually, those videos will be out on DVD. Maybe after they stop producing, they'll run out of live material, and you'll also see DVDs of old shows too

Yea Mute likes to milk us fans alright, but those videos might not be released because those are the ones that embarrass the band. Although those particular videos are great comic relief when one is down and depressed ([:p][:p][:p]) those are the ones that DM says they thought they were just taking the piss back in their naive days and had no idea what was going on at the time.

Depechemode have gone all sucky since Ultra. 10 years of suckiness[;)]
Not the DM i like anymore circa Devotion, Violator, Masses.
Really miss their early New Wave period too; Broken, Construction, Reward, Celebration.
I wish they'd just stop. either that or get Alan Wilder back!

Sorry I don't have an answer to Sean's original question, but let me post another question[8)]
Which version of the Greatest Hits package should I buy? It's my understanding that there are different versions released in different countries/regions.

Mute? Try EMI, since they bought Mute a few years ago:

Mute was doing it long before EMI came into the picture (eg. L12, XL12 ...). What label mastered the multiple releases on multiple formats? Hint, it is English for 'stumm'.

Tracklists look the same between CA/UK/US. Being a collector, I generally choose to get the UK/EU pressing of DM, especially when the North American counterparts aren't packaged as nicely. For those remasters, I'm better off getting the EU version from CD Wow than buying it at a local store. Even if I have to pay customs/broker fees, it still works out to be a bit cheaper (and I get the SACd versions). Usually, the CD slips through customs and ends up being quite a bit cheaper.
