The Cars thread also makes me ask this--Is the Cars debut-side 2--the greatest album side of all time? Or at least of the New wave era? Of couse it is!!!

That tough to argue, and I could easily accept that. Sublime even with my two favorite tracks on the other side, Good Times Roll and My Best Friend's Girl.
But I'm gonna put my stake in Echo & the Bunnymens Ocean Rain b-side:
The Killing Moon
Seven Seas
My Kingdom
Ocean Rain
It's nothing short of otherworldly.

I remember listening to the B side of Thomas Dolby's Golden Age Of Wireless way more than the A side. Great album!

I gotta go with the second side of Love and Rockets - Earth, Sun, and Moon. First side was so-so, the second side was pure bliss!

Hell, I don't mind being the pop-80's commercial guy. The A-side of Rio is spectacular!
Rio
My Own Way
Lonely In Your Nightmare
Hungry Like The Wolf
Hold Back The Rain

Ive always thought the B-side of A-Ha's Hunting High And Low is very good especially the song Livig A Boys Adventure Tale.
