The geniuses at YouTube are providing invalid embed code. You have to insert http: between src=" and //www.youtube

Sounds like twee-pop which would have fit well on the Sarah Records label back in the 90's, with bands like Heavenly, The Orchids, St. Christopher, The Field Mice and others
