Interesting a news headline is labelling this free album as Apples '100-million dollar mistake'

Apparently many are disturbed by this album appearing on their devices for no apparent reason. I think its a great gesture and good exposure for U2, however i think Apple / U2 should have just made it free to access voluntarily and not pushed it to clouded accounts, especially after people feel their icloud security is violated enough already.

Hmmm......that ITunes advert seems to be everywhere on UK tv......gets rather irritating after a while.

According to Apple’s Eddy Cue, serious VP of Internet software and service, the album was downloaded some 26 million times in full, while 81 million iTunes users listened to at least one song from the album.
