There are three new wave bands with the name Kliche.

One is a Danish band from the late 70's early 80's.

it sounds like early eighties but there is no other track like this ?

It is from the Swedish Kliche - track can be found on the 'Retronics' compilation (on Memento Materia). According to the booklet it is from a tape called 'Unika Pojkar' released in 1986. Later they switched to English lyrics.
