I've been trying to start my own faith, why not be the first to worship at my feet.

Thanks for the suggestion, but there's far more deserving self styled demigods on this board to grovel before.

<br>Maybe we're thinking of two different things. The wafers you're talking about were found in a Catholic Church, right? If so, I have no idea where one could get those. Maybe one of our Catholic members here can shed some light.

Yes, the Catholic ones. Thanks for trying though. I may have to call the church.

Oh, that competition. In order for one to be considered a deity, one must have lived a pristine life, as I have. You should re-consider your choice. I am the one true faith.

Have you considered Branch Davidianism?

I hear they are looking for a new leader.

Damn! So many good suggestions! But I gotta admit...the whole idea of having several wives is tempting...I may just flush what few standards I have left and go Mormon. My non-white friends will understand. [:D]

You'd need to have the balls first in order to castrate yourself. [:)][:D]

Are you kidding? They're the size of grapefruits!

But any religion/cult that requires that I let any sharp object come into contact with my bits 'n' pieces is not for me!

Right now it's a toss up...if I convert to islam and kill one or a dozen infidels, I get 72 virgins...but if I convert to the Mormon faith I get to have as many wives as I can afford in THIS life, without shedding one drop of blood...

Tough decision.

You may wish to look into the Covenant Church denomination. Very welcoming and quite doctrinally sound. They stated in Swedish in the latter half of the 1800s. The demographic is quite mixed but, they're very opened to whatever you're spiritual state is in. Good thing too since they're not as imposing bor intimidating as a Congregational church is but, they're also moderately sized so you can blend in without feeling like you're lost in the crowd.

So you can get an idea of what they're all about here's the website:
