3D-Devo/ Wall of Voodoo

Did anyone else have this live broadcast at their college or town. I remember being really impressed with Wall of Voodoo. Devo was fine , but the 3d aspect of the broadcast was kind of lame. I believe this was in 83.

Saw Devo live 2 summers ago and even though they're old and on the heavy side, they still impressed the hell out of me. If you get the chance to see them by all means go. You won't be disappointed.

The music you listen to is the soundtrack of your life.

DEV-o is going to tour Europe this Summer: Spain, UK, Ireland, and Italy, too bad no Germany, I think they'd go over big there.

Best DEV-o gig I ever saw was "Duty Now For The Future" tour at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, Santa Monica, California--Where I saw so many a great gigs!

Oh yeah, here's the link to European tour dates:

Thanks. Well you know what, it's so ironic, I was in town deciding what to have for lunch yesterday and my best friend and flatmate rang and told me he'd saw that they were playing in a newspaper. I have bought tickets to see them in Manchester this summer! It is gonna cost me a bit as it's out of town but I am so happy! I can't wait![:D]Thanks everybody, it's good to know there are some fellow DEVO fans here!

Luv Natasha

Glad to hear you're going Natasha! [:)]

When I first heard about it I was chuffed to see that they're play at my neck of the woods (Birmingham) and booked a front row centre seat for them. It may cost a bit at £40 but it's going to be worth every penny! [:D]
