Joy Division-Love Will Tear Us Apart-CD single

Joy Division-Love Will Tear Us Apart-CD single

Postby schwenko » Tue Nov 20, 2007 10:48 am

This is the only item I have picked up in the recent flurry of JD re-issues, and tonight I am listening to it for the first time.
Very nice reproduction of the original 45(33)rpm 7" single (I have the original Factory vinyl single), with London Records catalog # FACD23.
There is the original LWTUA, the Don Gehman remix from 1995!?!, and !!! Atmosphere!!!
What happened to These Days?? How could they do this?? Sacrilege!![:0]

No doubt the re-re-re-re-re-re-release will include "These Days". Keep on pumping cash into this cynical operation!

This is no different from: DM/Morrissey/The Cure/Camouflage, or any other bands who keep "re-releasing" their stuff to fans. How many times do I need Suedehead on a Morrissey cd? How many mixes of Enjoy the Silence need to be released or "re" released, before it stops?

I dont mind picking stuff up, just not stuff I have 6 copies of on different cd's you know?
