It was not my intention to force you to delete the file... everybody can download the track on any p2p-network. I just want to tell a RY-novice what to search for.

btw it's a shame that RY folded down a couple of years ago and yes I think "Heredity" deserves a proper CD-release... I want to scrap my homemade CD (transfered from MC to avoid pops and clicks and fleshed with some rare tracks from a 12"-promo of "Bang On" [8D])

No...don't get me wrong. If it is available in a primary market, it should be deleted regardless of its availability on a p2p. I don't want to post anything that could get the site in trouble.

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

I am originally from Canada and was a MASSIVE fan of R.Y. when "Cold War" came out --- I even have the YUL promo poster for the City Of Night 12"!

I like the album Cold War Night Life, especially the song "Berlin Wall"

I think I'd have to consider myself a pretty big fan of this band. I've been hooked since listening to Cold War Night Life in the early 80's as well as around their comeback in the 90's. Their most recent album is readily available on iTunes - well worth picking up in my view. They do have an on-line presence at:

Cold War Night Life is a fantastic album. Too bad it sounds like ass thanks to the clown who mastered it. Absolutely no dynamic qualities to it. Just LOUD LOUD LOUD. argh

There's really not a bad song on this album. My favorite song is "Beware Of The Fly" but of late, I love "Ring The Bells".
