National Pastimes - Built to Break has been released on CD by Victor in Japan in 1985. Good luck in finding that one easily or cheaply..

Nine Ways to Win has just been released on CD and can be purchased here: http://www.amazon.com/View-Suspicion-Ra ... s_ep_dpi_2

Yes, that one.

One of the members was in the band Random Hold and they are re-issuing their back catalogue as well as NWTW. If you notice the second disc contains nothing but NWTW tracks.

And apologies for the link as I posted the wrong one. This is the correct one:

Oh wow Frank, thanks for the info. I see it now. Will they be releasing the NWTW separately? Just wondering before I make the purchase.

You're welcome PB.

To answer your question, no. The fact it's being released on CD at all is a major surprise, albeit a welcome one.

The Blue Nile albums would be great. With B-sides, etc.

This would be great.

you should definitely post the info about Nine Ways to Win in its own thread. I had no idea their stuff had finally been released on CD, and there are probably others who don't know either.

What have they made? Great album on absolutely stupid compilation. Where is a song a "Waltz"?

The Armoury Show was a blink and you missed it reissue...went out of print very quickly. I also have a sealed copy I recently purchased on an auction site that shall not be named. Expensive purchase. I have queried the record label's owner about a reissue but no response. I do know Cherry Red is quite interested in expanding and reissuing this release...it's by far their most viewed thread in the "Ideas for Reissues" thread.

The original reissue, while remastered, left off one track from the original UK release and the CD itself has ample room for the majority of the B-sides.
