Electronics question

Postby i_like_lectric_motors » Thu Dec 16, 2010 2:02 am

Maybe a stupid question but is there any easy way to jam an FM radio station? The assclowns at work insist on listening to this annoying "mix" station which plays the most annoying shit ever. A 30 minute block today included Sister Sledge "We Are Family", Train "Hey Soul Sister", James Blunt "You're Beautiful", Bette Midler "Wind Beneath My Wings" and 4 xmas songs (which is what finally got me to ask this question). [xx(]

I'm hoping there's some type of device I can buy because I'm not totally confident in my ability to build something of this nature. I'm sure this is probably illegal but spare me. It's less illegal than beating the crap out of an entire office full of people.

Is it as simple as getting something like this?
http://www.amazon.com/Audiobug-ATB350-A ... B0007LDI3I

or would it take something more expensive? Money's not really when an object when it comes to Beyonce and Maroon 5 avoidance.

Thanks for any help!

They are only allowed if we're doing more or less stationary work, which I rarely am. [:(]

I believe this is the item you are looking for. It is the latest design, is completely self powered and runs on kinetic energy supplied by your own body. It's solid state design will last for years and it cannot be short circuited:

What 30 minute mix Doesn't include this???

Sorry, that sounds like some sick torture...

Today, I am being treated by some dude on the second floor playing Christmas tunes with an electric guitar at volume levels like he was in Motley Crue, whilst the rest of the second floor apparently shouts along to the "rock" versions of said carols. I have a feeling more than the halls are going to be decked today...

I would just accept the sobering fact that society is circling the drain, everything that we once thought of as meaningful hasn't lasted, doesn't matter and will soon be forgotten, and that mediocrity is like a tsunami that will always crush it's opponents. There is no hope.

Have a nice day! [:)]
