Yes they recorded more tracks, for an entire album BLUE. This CD is not the original album BLUE, it is the Canadian/Spanish LP album from 1986, compiled from singles, plus added tracks. Brian shared some of those unreleased album tracks as low fi MP3s on his site a long while ago. See http://www.myspace.com/viciouspinkofficial

Did an interview with Brian Moss back in 2009. If anyone's interested to find out more about Vicious Pink.

Awesome! I have the cassette from back in the 80's. It's getting somewhat stiff, not playing properly in one of the cassette decks. Amazon.ca has it listed at $17.62, with June 26 release date. I'll be pre-ordering.

PS I have for sale an "original CD-R" from around 1998 that I bought from a guy in USA who had remastered and cleaned up 14 tracks from vinyl. It's called "The Very Best Of Vicious Pink - A 12" Collective" and even has a cat no (Internal 16 produktions INT CD 1) and a colour fron sleeve. It's very rare, so rare that it's not even listed at discogs.com, but so old that I can't play it properly on my CD or computer, even though it is a good quality CD-R at the time (Traxdata gold disc). It's nice to have for collectors. It has the 12" singles from 1982 onward, 14 tracks.

It gets a mention on VPs info website. http://viciouspink.info/

Only quibble i have with this new EXPENDED CD,would be they have omitted "My private tokyo" [12",7",12" promo mix] and "Je'taime" [12",7"] + their Bsides.

Maybe there was a problem over the copyright as the first 2 singles were not released on parlaphone.

To celebrate this upcoming CD, I decided to do a separate VP discography:

Yeah, I have this too. It was a bootleg. Razormaid also put out a pretty comprehensive "promotional" compilation of their remixes.

I've listed the 12 tracks that were originally intended for the album. Half of them are unreleased or were remixed by someone else than Tony before release. The four unreleased tracks are all very good, I believe you can still listen to them on Brian's myspace page http://www.myspace.com/viciouspinkofficial
