Spear Of Destiny ( the singles) new collection

Although there have been many compilations out of their stuff this two CD collection (out in July) puts the 7 " mixes and the 12" mixes together for the first time. The main reason I am excited about this is the 12" version of Strangers in our town which was remixed by Zeus B Held and is excellent

Zeus B Held is a fantastic remixer/producer. He produced Dead Or Alive's "Sophisticated Boom Boom" and that was my favorite album of theirs. Sometimes, I wish there were compilations just based on remixers, but I guess it would be difficult to go about all the licencing conflicts.

Totally agree Jeffrey , especially with Zeus B Held , his work with John Foxx , Fashion etc was excellent , He is also the remixer who I believe did the best ever remix of Gary Numan's cars with the e reg model extended in the mid 80's. Perhaps a move forward with what you are suggestion is the following album which I really recommend especially if you have a dolby 5.1 system at home http://www.amazon.co.uk/Mark-Reeder-Fiv ... 580&sr=1-1
even if you dont the cd mixes are equally good especially john foxx's underpass ( the album is a great mix of old and new synth bands

Hey, thanks thunderbird2. Although I don't have a dolby 5.1 system at home, this is a release I will potentially seek out. I can't thank you enough for the suggestion. And I agree, Zeus' mix of "Cars" was indeed excellent.

Have a nice day and great weekend!
