actually, if you look at most posts from barmy you will see a typically abrasive and petulant tone/content. gets tiresome, doesn't it?

I will just abrasively note that you can get this for the low $50's from numerous amazon marketplace sellers. And amazon now has further lowered the price to $51.99. Cheers.

jus' a question out of pure curiosity @ barmy : how much do u get paid for promoting amazon here over & over again ( not counting double postings as above , of course [;)] ) ?

Is it somehow easier to type jus' rather than just???

Anyway, the situation at amazon.com changes daily. Yesterday at least two sellers (not caiman--they suck) had it for less than $55. But not today. Yes, the $51.99 listed by amazon (presumably the forthcoming US release, if it ever happens) is out of stock, but they also have it separately listed as in stock for $58.49. Still way cheaper than ideal, and free shipping.

It is absurd that this thing costs $50 to begin with. The bulk of the contents are readily available. Compare the Thompson Twins reissues which I believe were pretty cheap. Ditto OMD etc.

I recently found the Mute Audio Documents 10 CD box set for just £15! As I was really only interested in the Yazoo tracks, I found this to be a steal! HMV have it for £57.99 - yikes! Anyway, the 5 rarities (2 excellent BBC sessions and three great live tracks) really would have been welcome additions to the Yazoo boxset which I'm not bothering with... furthermore, the liner notes in the booklet confirm that the whole live show was recorded and exsists in the vaults, plus 'many' session recordings for the BBC. What a CRIME it is to know this material is there, unused, when a boxset release would be the ideal place to house such treasures! Pathetic. All I can think/hope is that Mute plan on releasing another Yazoo package of live tracks and radio sessions?

fact is that i write "jus'" already since ages & it still amuses me , if somebody picks up on it ! [:p]

i also write "u" instead of "you" or use the "&" instead of "and" ...

seriously ... i jus' "don't give a faq" ( an expression created by me about 10 years or so ago [;)] ) about what others think of the way i write a few words or expressions different than others , as that's simply my style to write on the net - like it or not ! [}:)]

The $51.99 version is now being shipped by amazon.com, with free shipping. I'll wait until the price comes further down.

I received my box set- the back of the box lists Situation (original) as one of the promotional videos, but i cannot find it on the dvd (US Yaz version, although both the US and UK version content is supposedly the same).
Can anyone find it?
