The current one(recently done), or the 2000 version?

This isn't an answer, but if I were to recommend buying one, I would say to get the 2CD+DVD set, and pirate the 2002 (?) remaster (if you don't like the 2010 remaster). The packaging is really *that* good.

Whoops, my bad. meant to ask what version of "Big Thing" is better...the current one, or the 2000 ewmaster?

Both Notorious and Big Thing reissue sounds very good!
The news reissues with 2CD+DVD are a must have for any DD fan.
The DVDs are very cool! For the first time you have As The light Go Down concert, Working For The Skin trade concert, Big Thing Live in Milano, Rare videos from 1981, My Own Way video, Do You Belive in Shame Video, Meet El President Video, Lonely in Your Nightmare video, Careless Memories video, Friends Of Mine video, etc, etc, for the first time in DVD format!!!

Are you waiting for? :)

P.S. I´m not from EMI, only a fan of DD since 1981! :)

The only things these reissues have got going for them is the DVDs as the Cd's sound like shit. Here is a review from amazon regarding Big Thing they just used the already remastered tracks and lowered the whole volume by 4 dB ! So people would think they did it right this time. They didn't ! It's too compressed and at a lower volume than the original CD.
They also removed the name of the mastering engineer :)
