There hasn't been much, or any, fanfare about them but the Spandau Ballet website, and possibly other stores are selling what they say are new 2026 remasters of Journeys To Glory and Diamond. No bonus tracks. We all know the last remaster, especially of Journeys To Glory, was atrocious. I assume these were done at the same time as the Everything Is Now box set? But why they weren't included on CD was always rather annoying.
I wondered if anyone had heard / got the new remasters and if they sound decent?

Yes it was ridiculous that the actual albums were only available on vinyl on the physical box sets. I purchased the download from Qobuz - the box set there did have the albums proper. The sound quality of JTG is streets ahead of the prior "remaster". The Diamond remaster is excellent as well. The box set is on Spotify if you want to give the albums a listen?
