I'm going to be in town overnight, so I look up what's going on in Pollstar. Just the Dead Kennedys at CBGBs and The Fleshtones at Irving Plaza! Holy crap!!! Anyone game? Oh yeah, some crap band called The Who are also in town...meh. [:D]

Jello's not with the Dead Kennedys though is he? If that's the case then The Fleshtones would be the choice you lucky dog!

In case any self-respecting souls here don't venture to the NNNW... [;)]

The clincher for DKs over Fleshtones was that we were buzzed and right near CBGBs while Irving was farther away and had 5 bands on the bill with us not knowing when the hell everybody was gonna come on. They also weren't the leads...60s band Zombies were...I don't mind them, just don't love 'em.
