Went to the Lost 80's Live show in North Carolina over the weekend. Went there to see China Crisis who were great. However, IMO the best band of the evening was Icicle Works. They opened with a cracking rendition of Hollow Horse. Ian's voice is still amazing. Very enjoyable show. My only gripe is with so many bands, each band was only able to play four or five songs. Not long enough sets from the best bands. I think they should have fewer bands and longer sets. Nevertheless, I very fun evening.
