Poor Philly! My former-Army-dude, tough-guy BIL cried like a baby when he was hit with kidney stones.
Check out the refrigerated section at your grocery store for 100% cranberry juice. Or, if you have a health food-type store, it should be readily available there. I pop a couple of cranberry extract pills every morning to keep UTIs away (sorry, TMI)--maybe something like that could be helpful, too.
