Anyhoo, I suppose when I think of trendy, I think of Stella McCartney for H&M? Or is that soooo yesterday?

DM -

Well, it looks very flattering on you.

My stance on fasion is thus: if it looks good on me, and I feel great wearing it, then no one's the wiser if it's the pricey name brand or some knock-off. There are a few brands which I prefer but, budget pending, I tend to go for clothes/styles which are flattering, comfortable, or both.

Sometimes, all common sense prevails and I end up wearing tee-shirts and flip-flops.

I don't know what's trendy, but I can tell you what I like [:D]
Shoes: Nine West and Steve Madden. Nikes, too.
Clothes: Mostly Lauren by Ralph Lauren and DKNY. I'll wear anything, though, if I like it. My very favorite jacket is an Isaac Mizrahi for Target piece. It's the coolest jacket ever--and for the bargain price of $50.
Bags: Nine West and Tommy Hilfiger

I wouldn't know a "designer" label if it slapped me in the face. I just found out last winter that Tommy Hilfiger is a label....I always thought that was the name of an athlete. Shows how clueless I am. I've heard of Prada, actually, cuz they're always in the media.

Despite all that, I am a fashionista BIG time. I admit it! But I shop at thrift stores, second-hand shops, overseas at open-air markets whenever I travel, you know those bazaars in places like Egypt or Amsterdam or Warsaw. I love Buffalo Exchange. (I think they're a West Coast thing?).

I LOVE to dress up. I am not a jeans and tee shirt person. (well, except for Levi's Low-rise occasionally). I dress pretty funky, unusual, I'm big into color. I get compliments. I like to wear what nobody else is wearing. No "designer" labels, though, even if I knew what they were half the time.

The J.Crew catalog is my porn . . . cashmere and preppy guys . . [:p][:p]

If it's pink and/or cashmere I'm probably wearing it.

I haven't a clue, I probably couldn't afford them anyhow. I tend to go for what I like and suits me, I have been complimented on my color-cordination and unique style. it's not what you wear it's how you put it together...

That's me! I always wear Levi's 501 jeans- strictly! (no 505, 503, and the likes). I "button my fly", baby!- although I probably shouldn't![:p][:D] I own almost all the colors/shades available for 501!

I like to wear expensive things which look so simple.[8D] If I could afford the most expensive things, I will buy them all! (if only...[:D]). It's a question of quality![;)]

I don't go with the trend.

<br>I like bargains, I got a Devo and a Clash t-shirt for only £8 today (that's like $16), would have cost me over £40 at full-price! So happy! I LOVE bargains, even if I was rich I'd have fun going to get stuff on sale! [:D](But we are taxed to all hell in the uk)
