Way too many to list. There was a time in the '80s when just about every sitcom, no matter how poor the show itself, had a great theme song. Now? I can name all the ones with great theme songs by counting on one hand.
Since we just lost Barnard Hughes, "The Cavanaughs" theme was always a huge favorite of mine. Written by the same people who brought you Bone Symphony's "It's a Jungle Out There."
Jesse Frederick and Bennett Salvay also composed some truly cheddarific TGIF themes in the late '80s/early '90s. "Perfect Strangers," "Full House," "Family Matters," "Step by Step"... who could resist such fine cheese? (Salvay was also one of the keyboardists in SoCal's answer to Culture Club, Bang-Bang -- remember "This is love, yo ho ho?" -- but I don't think he did any songwriting there.)
