trekds947,

I've been biting my tongue on this one thinking it was just a fluke, but are you an obsessed fan of "Minogue"? If so, why?

Always curious,

Actually, Kylie is one of my faves especially since:

1--I caught on WAY early in '87 when she hit it big and then in '88, America got the hint as they're always late on the ball.

2--Even though US audiences lot interest after "The Loco-Motion" and relegated her to "One-Hit Wonder" status, I (as well as other sparsely found USA Kylie fans) have followed her career despite America's dismal fondness of her.

3--I've always admired her charm, class, sincerity, style and higher dignity. Unlike most artists (notably the current American pea-pod crop) who denegrate their looks and forego their self-respect as well as their complete lack of talent, Kylie has always had a more dignified respect for herself, her image, her songwriting.

4--Even moreso, following her breast cancer bout, I've grown fonder and more appreciative of her and her music.

5--Her songs fit my every mood. They also help as very insprational, fun, soul-searching and all-around esteem-building material.

6--With over 350 Kylie tracks and remixes in my library, her stuff gets into my "Party Shuffle" sets anyway.

With that said, here is my Part Shuffle batch for this hour.

==========
Love Resurrection (Extended)--Alison Moyet
Give Me Just A Little More Time--Kylie Minogue
On A Night Like This--Anna Vissi
Reverse Psychology--Laura Branigan
Don’t Wanna Lose This Groove (Radio Version)--Dannii Minogue
Why Should I Cry?--Nona Hendryx
Mind Over Matter--E. G. Daily
The Calling - Full Length Vocal Version--Ken Heaven
Never Had It So Good--Tommy Page
The Honeythief (Dance Remix)--Hipsway
Stand By--Roman Holliday

I can't believe that someone else listens to this guy besides me! I though his album was amazing and I was very disappointed that it didn't do any better!

Hey Spaz, ANY mix that includes James Reyne is cool! You've inspired me to give mine another go ...

1. MARILLION "Chelsea Monday (Manchester Square Demo)" (Script For A Jester's Tear - Disc 2)
2. HAIRCUT 100 "Kingsize (You're My Little Steam Whistle)" (Pelican West Plus)
3. TISM a/k/a THIS IS SERIOUS MUM "Did You Watch Or Make TV?" (De Riguermortis)
4. SPLIT ENZ "Take A Walk" (Spellbound)
5. DAVID BOWIE "Band Intro" (David Live) - not really a song, but oh well!
6. SPLIT ENZ "I Hope I Never" (Spellbound) - THAT'S odd, I have nearly 10000 tracks and I get two from the same album? It's a double album, but still ...
7. THE ENGLISH BEAT "Spar Wid Me" (Special Beat Service)
8. MEN WITHOUT HATS "I Got The Message" (Rhythm Of Youth)
9. SIMPLE MINDS "Theme For Great Cities" (The Best Of Simple Minds)
10. QUEEN "Hammer To Fall" (The Works)

but wait, there's more!

11. SPIRIT OF THE WEST with the VANCOUVER SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA "Kiss & Tell" (Open Heart Symphony)
12. QUEEN "Radio Ga Ga (Extended Version) (The Works) - two songs from the same album AGAIN?!?
13. SQUEEZE "Farfisa Beat" (Argybargy)
14. WAX U.K. "American English" (American English)
15. BOB DYLAN "Everything Is Broken" (The Essential Bob Dylan)

Well, for "Kylie" & "Enjoy Yourself", the PWL/SAW team engineered and wrote her material. Afterwards, from "Rhythm Of Love" and "Let's Get To It", she started to write her material and ween off of the SAW/PWL team. At the release of her 1994 album "Kylie Minogue," she began a new Indie image and a bolder songwriting focus. The rest is history.

I was going to play the game but the first song of 3,425 that came up was "Gold" by Spandau Ballet. That's just not right. Anyone wanna buy a used iPod?
