BER Months

Postby DSR » Thu Aug 31, 2006 6:37 pm

It's SEPTEMBER 1,2006 officially on the NWO dateline. This morning I renewed my CAR REGISTRATION at our CITY's LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE before going to work. Guess what the OFFICE's music background? CHRISTMAS SONGS from the CARPENTERS, JOHN LENNON, BING CROSBY etc. Well, I guess its CHRISTMAS SEASON again here in the PHILIPPINES. Majority of us are CATHOLICS and ONCE the BER months arrive, September, October, November, and December the spirit of CHRISTMAS would be started. PEACE ON EARTH![8D]

Costco already has Christmas stuff out on the floor a few weeks ago. It's sad that it starts earlier and earlier every year.

It's not officially Christmas season until I hear "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer".
My favorite is "Ding Fries Are Done" done by a Homer Simpson sound alike.http://www.americanangst.com/dingfries.html

When I become king I will decree NO holiday music in ANY public places until after Thanksgiving.

Nothing kills the spirit of Halloween like "White Christmas" blasting throughout the mall in October.

Violators will be shot on site!

I love Christmas music. I can listen to it all year round. Such a joy and brings with it great memories, new and old.

One thing is very strange, though. The malls DO seem to start bringing in Christmas stuff earlier and earlier each year, yet the Christmas rush has started later and later. It used to be the day after Thanksgiving, but working in wholesale, the stores complain that the REAL Christmas rush starts around December 18th or so.

I walked into a Ross - Dress For Less tonight, and low and behold lots/tons of X-Mas sheeeeet/stuff... more than the amount of Holloween goodies/stuff available. [:0] [V]

Boy am I glad that the only places I frequent haven't yet put out their Christmas stuff. Boy am I glad that they're only focusing on Halloween now. It is way too effin' early for Christmas stuff. We only just last week stopped having highs in the 100s! I don't even want to think about Christmas until it's at least cold enough outside to where I can wear a long-sleeved blouse.

I'm cheesy. I love the BER months. I love fall (I think. Maybe fall is hot here. If so, I won't love September anymore). I absolutely love Halloween. I'm not a fan of Thanksgiving--it's a stupid holiday--but November's nice anyway. And I love the energy of December. (And the shopping. And the corny Christmas music, too!)

I'm probably too stoned to figure it out, but what does "BER" stand for?
