I wouldnt really consider these guys as Next Wave, but there new cd is awesome. They definatly were influenced by 80s music tho.

I love H.I.M. Their covers of "Don't Fear The Reaper" & "Wicked Game" rock!

I'm a big fan -- I have tickets to see HIM on Nov. 18!!

I have four of their CDs, plus some outtakes that someone recorded for me (including Ville's former band, Ville Valo and the Agents singing a remake of the Bay City Rollers song "I Only Want to Be with You" in Finnish!)

I really like this band and when I first heard "Join me (in death) I thought about early Ministry (With Sympathy album to be specific). For some reason HIM reminds me of them. The lyrics are rather dark which is again a reminder for me of Ministry. Can anyone else see this or is it just me reminising of my youth in the early 80's?

MyGreen, I think more like The Mission U.K. than Ministry.
