How' the sound quality of these.The early Japan didn't have the best production work.I mea t was good but a little muddy.How are the videos? I really started listening around tin drum.

Because I beleive the Dutch reissues of thier Virgian Recordings don't have videos

Hey are you Rod Macquarie? I bought AUTO:MATIC Online last year.pretty decent. I especialy liked "i want you" retro post electro new wave.I'll check out your sight.

"BMG have said that the remastered versions of the first 4 albums are
due to be manufactured in and released in the USA, Australia and Japan.
These will be local pressings, not repackaged UK copies. No further

It's no secret that Japan's influences were Bowie, Roxy Music/Eno & the New York Dolls..put all those to together you have Japan's sound and looks. It's a pity they didn't stay united and do more projects like Rain Tree Crow & Tin Drum , both excellent. T
